We bought a new key fob and had it programmed for our Chevy encore and while we were there they replaced a the back engate outside push button to open the hatch, with a new one. When we got home we found out that the push button to close hatch quit working. That close button worked just fine before the dealership put in the new push to open hatch button. Don't know what happened.

I brought my diesel truck to have the DEF system serviced. The whole day passed without a call to let me know the problem. So I called them to find out the pump was the major problem. Day 2 passed , no update. Day 3 passed, no update. I finally got a text that the car was done 1 hour before they closed for the weekend. We rushed over to get the truck and the bill was $500 more than expected.

I woke up to a front flat tire on my car, so we removed it and sent it to House with my daughter-in-law. They fixed it for me the same day even though they were busy. When it was fixed I got a call to come in and have it put on. I learned then not to drive a car with a donut on the front of the car.
